Delivery Information

Free delivery on all South African retail orders for Equilixir

All orders for the Equilixir 2L and 25L bottles include free delivery.

Any orders for the Equilixir spanner (required for opening and closing the 25L Equilixir container) that are not included in an order for Equilixir are not shipped free of charge. When placing such an order you may select to "Pick up from shop" or you may select to include a Courier Guy delivery fee that will be automatically calculated based on your delivery address and added it to your invoice.   Do not come to collect from us until we have notified you via email that your order is ready for collection. Our offices are only open for collections Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm, excluding public holidays. 

How long does it take to receive your order?

It can take up to 3 working days for us to process your order before it is ready for collection or dispatch, but it can be ready within 24 hours in some cases. Once our courier company has collected your order from us it usually takes 2 - 3 days for your parcel to reach you. This means that from the moment we receive your order it can take 2 - 6 working days to receive your order.

Pick up from store

You are welcome to collect your order directly from us once it is ready for collection. If you prefer to collect your order from us please select the "Pickup From Store" option in "Delivery Method" during the checkout process. Our physical premises is located at 109 Standard Drive, Blairgowrie, which is in Randburg, Johannesburg. Do not come to collect from us until we have notified you via email that your order is ready for collection. Our offices are only open for order collections Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm, excluding public holidays. The price of the ordered item(s) will remain the same if you collect your order yourself.

Uber collection

You are welcome to arrange for an Uber driver to collect your order directly from us once it is ready for collection. If you prefer to send an Uber driver to collect your order from us please select the "Pickup From Store" option in "Delivery Method" during the checkout process and add a comment stating that you intend to send an Uber driver to collect your order. Our physical premises is located at 109 Standard Drive, Blairgowrie, which is in Randburg, Johannesburg. Do not book an Uber driver to collect your order until we have notified you via email that your order is ready for collection. Once you have arranged an Uber driver to collect your order please notify us via WhatsApp on +27828807298. Our offices are only open for order collections Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm, excluding public holidays. The price of the ordered item(s) will remain the same if you organise an Uber driver to collect your order and you will bear the cost of the Uber driver collecting your parcel. Please note that we will not accept responsibility or liability for your parcel should you elect delivery via Uber. 

Organise your own courier:

You are welcome to arrange for your own courier provider to collect your order directly from us once it is ready for collection. If you prefer to send your own courier provider to collect your order from us please select the "Pickup From Store" option in "Delivery Method" during the checkout process and add a comment stating that you intend to send your own courier provider to collect your order. Please also provide the name of the courier company that you will be using. Our physical premises is located at 109 Standard Drive, Blairgowrie, which is in Randburg, Johannesburg. Do not book your courier provider to collect your order until we have notified you via email that your order is ready for collectionOnce you have arranged your courier provider to collect your order please notify us via WhatsApp on +27828807298. The price of the ordered item(s) will remain the same if you organise your own courier provider to collect your order and you will bear the cost of your courier provider. Delivery to South African neighbouring countries:

Any delivery to Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Swaziland or Lesotho will need to be calculated manually. We recommend that you contact us via online@animusliber.co.za before you place your order, so that we may calculate your delivery cost.

International delivery:
